Cinematographer
From clapper-loading on ‘Braveheart’ and ‘101 Dalmations’, focus pulling on ‘Event Horizon’ and ‘The World Is Not Enough’ to operating on ‘Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason’ and ‘V for Vendetta’, Adam’s journey into lighting followed the time-honoured route. Now with ten feature credits as Cinematographer behind him, including the Jason Statham actioner ‘Crank’, he’s also done some groundbreaking work in the field of documentaries with his friend Charles Annenberg and his Explore Foundation. They include fact-finding trips to Darfur, the Genocide museum in Rwanda, and drug rehabilitation projects in Vancouver. In 2010 he shot Porcelain Unicorn which was selected by Ridley Scott as the winner of the Phillips Parallel Lines Competition. This gave Adam particular satisfaction coming from his mentor for so many years. Adam has dual US/UK citizenship, is a member of IATSE Local 600, and is available for work worldwide.
