Kathryn has been an AD for over ten years and now has over fifty credits on comedy, drama, shorts and promos. She’d previously studied film and TV production at the BRIT School and later, drama at LAMDA where she gained a BA, followed by an MA in scriptwriting from the University of Essex. Almost uniquely amongst First ADs, her background as a writer and actor has given her a deep understanding of actors’ work and methods, and an even deeper understanding of script breakdowns and the storytelling process. She’s worked with some great directors and a great many established actors, is based in London and is available for work worldwide.
