Prosthetic & Make Up Effects Designer
Lou’s entire career thus far has been spent turning fantasy into onscreen reality through her designs for hair and makeup effects, animatronics, and costume. Working independently and alongside her husband, Dave Elsey, Lou has worked on multiple major studio pictures as well as episodic television and independent genre features.
