Will has taken an interesting route to get to the director’s chair. He began in the camera department, working on all manner of tv dramas and features, learning his craft as much from being in the camera team as he did from being on the floor. From there, directing commercials and promos was an obvious route to take, and along the way, a number of well-received short films not only enabled him to hone his craft, but provided a springboard into television, which is where he always wanted to end up.
