With a phenomenally successful career as a prosthetics make-up designer behind him, and credits on productions like the BBC’s ‘War and Peace’ and features such as ‘The Descent’, ‘Gallowwalkers’, ‘The Gunman’, ‘Centurion’ and ‘Ironclad’, Paul’s debut feature as a director – ‘The Seasoning House’ – attracted attention as well as awards heat from all over. Three years later, 2015’s ‘Howl’ became an almost instant cult classic and both his subsequent features have seen his star rise to ever greater heights. During and since the pandemic, Paul has been mastering his skills in Pre-Viz and VFX, using programs like Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine.
